Extended mane?! No problem! We happily service clients with extensions, however, an additional charge will apply. You should review our menu or inquire at the location for pricing ahead of your scheduled appointment. Further, we are not responsible for extensions that come loose or are damaged during the wash or blowout. We recognize that extensions are expensive and delicate; we will be as careful as possible in handling them, however we cannot assume responsibility if they come out or are damaged as a result of a service. For more information review our service menu or inquire at the location you are booking. Feel free to call our Guest Services Team as well.
Absolutely. The additional cost is $20 to add a clip-in installation to your blowout.

In consideration of all of our valued Guests, and your dedicated Session Stylists, we require 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit card is needed to hold your reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, same day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service or services booked to the credit card on file. By booking your appointment you acknowledge that you understand this policy and agree to the terms.
We understand that from time to time inclement weather can make life a bit more challenging. If the style bar is closed due to weather conditions you will not be charged. In the event that this occurs you will receive a call or email from our staff letting you know

Our system allows you to modify your reservation up until you are within the 24-hour cancellation window. During that time, you will need to give us a call to cancel your reservation.

This was something we initiated as a suggestion from our Guests. By pre-purchasing your service, your checkout is more efficient. There’s no need to checkout at the front desk on your way out (unless of course you’d like to book your next visit!).
We use your email address to set up your online booking account, and to send your confirmations and reminders. We also use the information to avoid duplicate entries in our system. Often times, the system will recognize names with similar letters as duplicates, by having more information the system can differentiate.

Love your Session Stylist? We encourage you to request your favorite Session Stylist. Unfortunately, sometimes conflicts in scheduling arise and it might become necessary for us to move appointments around after booking. So while we encourage requests, we can’t guarantee all requests. But don’t fret! You’ll be in great hands with anyone of our talented team members.
Absolutely! We do our best to accommodate walk-in requests. You can also call ahead or check availability through our online booking system.
In addition to our own brand of polish, we also offer polishes from familiar brands such as OPI, Essie, CND and Gelish.
Yes, all of our polishes are at least 3 Free, some are even 7 free!
To help keep our Guests safe, we only use LED lights in our style bars, not harmful UV lights.
These are similar products from different, competing companies. GelColor is OPI’s product, while Shellac is made by CND.

Results vary for everyone, but typically a traditional polish can last from 3 to 5 days, while and extended wear can last 5 to 7 days.

Never! We use professional gel removal wraps, and condition your cuticles with oil after each removal.
This is a full face application. You can customize your experience by adding Faux Lashes or Air Brush Foundation for an additional $15 each.
Absolutely! We offer hair and makeup services for Bridal Parties. We can also arrange pre-Wedding Day festivities such as mani-pedi parties for your rehearsal dinner or Bachelorette Party.
Your in luck – we’re a bunch of CLEAN FREAKS! In most cases, our sanitation methods exceed state board standards. We take thorough steps to ensure our Guests’ safety and you can read all about it. For instance, we sterilize all of our implements utilizing dry heat sterilization or autoclaves, and we only use sterilizers that are FDA approved and reach at least 340 degrees.
If you feel you will come in frequently, but not sure exactly how often, then packages are a great option. The more you buy, the more you save. Services expire within 1 year of purchase. If you want to save the most money, our memberships are your best bet and all-around the best deal. As a Member, if you can’t make it in one month you can share services with direct family members, and services rollover and expire a year from the date they are loaded.

There are no contracts, commitments, cancellation fees, etc. So if anything ever changes, and you are not happy, you can always cancel your membership without penalty.
Yes. You can chose the day of the month you would like your membership billing to recur and each month it will recur on the same day of the month. For example: if you chose August 1st, your billing would recur on the first day of each subsequent month.
You can use the remaining services, as applicable, for up to one year and the next month you will not be billed the monthly membership fee.
Yes. Unused services rollover and can be used for up to one year from the date they are loaded into your account.
By “direct” we mean spouses, children, siblings, and parents. For example: cousins would not be considered direct family members, but your sister, husband or daughter would count.
That’s the best part! Additional services are billed at the Member’s Only Price. If you have an On the Rocks Membership, you still get access to discounted nail services, brow waxes, sunless tanning, etc. So, as a member you will gain access to every day savings! Members only pricing does not apply to promotional or special events, bridal, group events, and Kids menu pricing.
